Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse workers. This involves assigning tasks, providing training, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring the team follows safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
  2. Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle count and month-end physical inventory count.
  3. Oversees the receipt, storage, and retrieval of goods in the warehouse.
  4. Supervise the picking and dispatching of orders.  Ensures that sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. HR Business Partner (HRBP) will oversee the overall human resources operations of assigned Business Unit/s (BUs) and ensure alignment with the Management goals.
  2. HRBP will serve as HR consultant with BU Management and provide daily HR guidance among all BU members.

  1. Maintaining and improving the inventory situation by analyzing current inventory statistics to determine stock movement.
  2. Analysis and reporting of current inventory, incoming shipments, purchase orders against sales forecasts from different business units.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for verifying the accuracy of incoming shipments and goods for loading and delivery.
  2. Compare / check physical goods to associated documents such as sales orders, picking lists, delivery order/sales invoice to ensure that the correct item and quantities are picked, loaded and delivered.
  3. Inspect products for damage, defects, or any other issues that might affect product quality. Any discrepancies or problems are documented and reported to the Planning & Inventory Control Analyst.
  4. Prepare / segregate retention samples required by Regulatory Requirement.
  5. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, such as receiving, loading, and stock adjustments.
  6. Ensures that sales orders are picked accurately, verifying that the items, quantities and batch numbers match the order requirements.
  7. Assist PIC Analyst in conducting regular cycle counts and audits to verify that the physical inventory matches the data in the inventory management system.
  8. Ensures goods are being picked following the first in first out (FIFO) or first expiry first out (FEFO) method required as required.
  9. Collaborating with other warehouse team members, including supervisors, forklift operators, and storekeepers, to coordinate tasks and share information about inventory status and issues.
