Job Requirements:

  • CPA Board Passer
  • Willing to work in Bagong Ilog Pasig
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the same field
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy


  • Manages and oversees the accounting and finance functions such as the Credit & Collections, Disbursements and Payables, Invoicing, General Accounting, Budget and Control.
  • Provides financial reports and interprets financial information to the management while recommending further courses of action.
  • Formulates policies and procedures in accounting department.
  • Advises on investment activities and provides strategies that the company should undertake for sustainable financial source.
  • Maintains the financial records of the organization.
  • Analyzes costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Develops trends and projections for the company’s finances.
    Conducts reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Oversees operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and designs framework for these to be met.
  • Manages the preparation of the company’s budget.
  • Liaises with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances.
  • Corresponds with other departments, discussing company plans and resolves on issues and concerns brought up.
  • Handles the corporate taxation.
  • Monitoring and preparing a Daily Cash Position Report for the company.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Higher Management.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.

      • Prepares the Sales Order based on the orders forwarded by the Sales Personnel.
      • Checks the Orders as to quantity and pricing based on history or on the approved price by the Sales Manager. Note: Before signing the Sales Order form the Sales Manager is responsible to verify and check if the information indicated in the Sales Order is correct and updated.
      • Forwards the Sales Order to the Invoicing Section of the Accounting Department for preparation of D.R. / Invoice, ensuring that items and prices are accurate based on the orders made by Sales Representative.
      • Coordinates with the Delivery Team for the schedules of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of items ordered.
      • Informs the Sales Representative for the status on delivery schedules and updates on inventory.
      • Renders customer service to clients by attending to the concerns/ inquiries of customers endorsed by the representative or walk-in customers.
      • Generates reports needed by the Sales Manager or Sales Representative.
      • Performs other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or the Management.
  • Design social media posting, web pages, brochures, logos, advertisements, and other communication materials that will be used in Marketing Department.
  • Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe’s Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.
  • Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image.
  • Produce drafts for review by Digital Marketer/Marketing Manager and make revisions based on the feedback received.
  • Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect Digital Marketer/Marketing Manager specifications.

  • 3D Mockups (For new products/booth/kiosk/events)
  • Product Shoot (Video editing is a plus)
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
